Within the Valenrich Wellness logo is the West African Adinkra symbol which means dwennimen or "ram's horns." According to the www.adinkra.org, the dwennimen symbolizes humility and strength.

Often times, when dealing with mental health, we insist on portraying an unrealistic image of strength that silences us from acknowledging our mental distress.  Valenrich Wellness seeks to encourage honest conversations about mental wellness that dismantles stigma and makes room for all human experiences.
